Hi everyone!
I am Esther from Spain. I am 32 years old an live in Turkey. I graduated from
Universidad de Granada as a English-German translator. After I graduated from
university, I made my master degree in Turkey. I love children and help them in
any situation.. For that reason, I attended the department which was the
teacher of childen with mental disabilities. My working life was started in
Ankara, the capital city of Turkey. When I was working in pravite school, I did
my best for my student for 5 years. I sang songs with them, took them to
theater and movies, taught them how to paint, tried to gain them communication
skills and something like these. While I was doing that teaching, I was the
coach of the volleyball team. I had a chance to use my labour that I had worked
hard for that sport branch when I was in college. From day to day my students
were getting expert in volleyball and started to participate in matches.
Finally, in 2005 they were the champion in the branch of Turkey’s children with
mental disabilities. This was my best day of my life... After all these good,
happy and hard-worked things, I had to leave from that school beacuse of an
argument with the principle. I was sorry about this leaving. Since I was going to miss my students... Now I am
working in METU as a German teacher to Faculty of Language Education
department. There is a friend of mine from a project named Comenius. She came
to Spain and stayed with me with the project. She is an English teacher in the
same department, as well. Life is really strange because sometimes anything
could happen when you don’t expect... Finally, in this following summer I am
going to marry to Adrian who was my highschool lover and I am planning to do in
Ankara with all my students since my first working day, friends and family.
Thank you...
